We Offer:
  • Supports the HRBP in managing HR to full compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies.
  • Works with HRBP and On Boarding Administrator to ensure that all new hire and on boarding tasks are completed for site. Supports in conducting the HR onboarding session for new joiners each Monday
  • Works closely with the Site HR head on all site compliance, for ensuring all statutory requirements for the site are filed appropriately
  • Preparation of monthly dashboards for various Powai site related management meetings, like Risk & Control Committee, Management Committee meeting and COO Forum
  • Sharing monthly headcount details for regulatory and financial reporting purposes to FA/Site, etc
  • Attend to employees for queries on exit, transfers, payroll etc
  • Printing of all forms of employee letters i.e Visa, Resignation acceptance, SODE and service certificates, promotions , STA, LTA letters, Green card/Permanent residency letters etc.
  • Conducting exit interviews for resigned employees and ensuring compliance for the exit process
  • Ensure all employee documents are filed in employee P-files in a timely manner
  • Calendar management for Country Head HR
  • Travel and Invoice Management for Country Head HR
