We Offer:
  • You a unique chance to join our 2nd level application support, administration and maintenance team for security infrastructure products (e.g. LDAP, IQP, GCS, etc.) based on Windows/Unix infrastructure
  • You the ability to collaborate and support the onboarding of new security infrastructure products and implementation of new products, components and releases
  • The responsibility to support for the migration of LDAP to the latest version and new platform including performance and root cause analysis
  • The ability to Build and update documentation with strong co-operation with the various application partner
  • The capability to analyse Root Cause and implementation of sustainable solutions and Certificate management
  • The responsibility for optimization and automation of processes and services

You Offer:

  • At least 5 years working experience in a 2nd level support, administration and maintenance of Security Infrastructure Products (LDAP, IQP, GCS and Ping Proxy)
  • Background in operating-system technology, ideally Red Hat Linux, Windows
  • You have a background in IT Operations and application support or relevant work experience
  • Broader know how of scripting tools (e.g. Powershell, Bash-Shell) which would be considered a plus including experience with Splunk
  • Previous working experience with Incident-, Problem- and Change Management
  • Knowledge of complex environments (Firewall, Load balancer) PKI skills are an advantage
  • Willingness for on-call duty and work out of office hours for deployment of IT Changes
  • Good communication skills in English are a requirement, German nice to have.
