Your role:
Are you a seasoned trader who is savvy about avoiding risk? Do you know the China market like the back of your hand? We're looking for someone like that who can:
- manage the setting up and ongoing operation of UBS AM (Shanghai) Ltd trading desk for equities and fixed income trading
- manage the trading and execution requirements for both equities and fixed income products counterparty review and approval process
- review execution process to mitigate error risks and abide by best execution
- serve as a primary interface for market trading with other units such as Legal - Compliance, Trade Support and Operations when required
- establish all requisite local policies and procedures in relation to trade execution, ensuring they are prepared, properly documented and signed-off by the respective functions
- ensure that trading desk is compliant and follows all market regulations
Your experience and skills:
You have
- at least 2 years of market trading experience ideally within local China Asset Management firms
- experience in both equity and fixed income market trading, including exchange traded markets and interbank bond market execution process
- strong knowledge of local rules and regulations
- good relationship with local brokers
- strong academic background, preferably in either economics/finance or related discipline

You are
- familiar with Hundsun OMS functionalities
- fluent in English and Mandarin (both verbal and written)
- able to work independently while remaining part of a focused trading team
- fluent in English and Mandarin (both verbal and written) as you're required to work very closely with English and Mandarin speaking stakeholders/clients
